The WAOPS Fall Conference is scheduled for October 23-24, 2026 at the Jefferson Street Inn in Wausau, WI! We would like to welcome your support to advance the educational mission of our organization and provide all of our attendees with exposure to new products and services available. Below you will find additional information on this opportunity, thank you for your consideration to support our event!

Exhibit Display Details - Cost $1,000

6' skirted table with two chairs *Two representatives allowed per space.
Non-competitive exhibitor viewing times.
Roster of attendees distributed at the time of the meeting.
Complimentary meals and refreshments during exhibit hours.
Inclusion in the exhibitor listing on the WAOPS website and onsite materials.
Advertising on the WAOPS website for six months.

*If more than two representatives wish to attend, additional badges may be purchased.

Registration Deadline

Register by October 9, 2025 to ensure that your company will be recognized in printed materials. Registrations received after October 9, 2026 are not guaranteed to be included in printed materials.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before October 9, 2026 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after October 9, 2026. Cancellations must be received in writing at WAOPS@badgerbay.co
